The ring road surface in both directions from Heyford Hill roundabout to Hinksey Hill is once again covered with potholes – and some are incredibly large and deep!
Your own or your loved ones’ wellbeing is seriously at risk if you hit one of these at 50/60 mph.

What a shame that Oxfordshire County Council did not have any spare asphalt left over when recently spending many thousands of pounds on the seemingly more important need to resurface the county council’s own car park!
Oxford deserves better.
