After taking a look at the recent hike in charges by Oxfordshire County Council for waste disposal the prospect of increased fly-tipping takes another leap forward.
No wonder Wood Farm estate has seen a huge increase in fly-tipping recently in the Atkinson Road shopping area.
Recycling centres opened in the 1970s to combat fly-tipping, most rubbish then some bright spark thought it a good idea to charge for the service, hey-presto the scourge of fly-tipping returned.
Now yet another hike in charges and here it goes again.
