The Conquer the Chilterns triathlon is set to return this August.
Swim Bike RunThrough, a running events company, is hosting the event on Saturday, August 10 in Henley.
With options ranging from sprint to middle-distance triathlons and Aquabikes, this event is touted as an ideal blend of challenging courses and stunning natural beauty.
The triathlon's route includes an open water swim in the River Thames, a picturesque bike ride through Henley-on-Thames and its serene countryside, and a trail run through Great Wood.
The triathlon distances vary, the longest being the middle distance with a 1900m swim, a 96km bike ride, and a 20km run.
The shortest, the sprint distance, includes a 750m swim, a 24km bike ride, and a 5km run.
Newly integrated into this year's event are 5k and 10k runs, inviting more enthusiasts to participate in the excitement.
The triathlon is designed to be suitable for all levels of athletes, whether those aiming for a personal best or just looking for a fun-filled day.
Swim Bike RunThrough, who often organise large-scale events, has promised an unforgettable race day experience for all triathletes and Aquabike enthusiasts.
In 2024, the company intends to present additional triathlon, aquathlon, and duathlon events, including the Dorney Triathlon and the London Aquathlon, amongst others.
