The 21-year-old struck the top of the crossbar and the post with shots from the edge of the penalty area.
Thailand are second in Group B and have all but qualified for the next stage, barring a 12-goal swing in the final round of matches. They play Laos tomorrow afternoon.
Davis joined United from Fulham on transfer deadline day last summer, signing a two-year deal.
He has made one appearance for the U’s, coming on as a late substitute during the 2-1 Papa John’s Trophy defeat to Stevenage last October.
