OXFORD United have bolstered their under 23 side with the signing of Yoav Sade.
The 19-year-old full back, who grew up in Israel, played for Southend United as a schoolboy before returning to his native country.
But Sade was delighted to get the chance to impress with the U’s.
“It’s a dream come true,” he told United’s website.
“I have wanted to be a footballer since I was five or six so I am determined to make the most of my chance here.
“The players have been very welcoming this week. It has been very hard work but really enjoyable.
“The next step will be to go with the under 23 squad to Scotland for a training camp and then it is up to me to keep working, keep pressing and hopefully get a chance in the first team.”
