Carl Bloomfield’s early opener for Hinksey was cancelled out by a late equaliser by Steve Haines.
Manager Gavin Preston, Jamie Ferreira and Jamie McCuaig then scored three times in the first period of extra time to put Hinksey in charge, before Steve Andrews pulled one back.
Barton United thrashed Premier Division rivals Cross Keys Wallingford 11-1.
Joe Cook fired a four-timer, Andy Pepperell-Gray and Aaron Barrett bagged braces, and Stewart Parsons, Gary Elkins and Gavin Williams completed the rout.
Mark Scanes and Johnny McMahon notched doubles in Oxford Yellows’ 4-1 win at Dorchester United. John Boal replied with a penalty.

Freeland Yeoman, of Division 3A, sprang a surprise with a 5-1 win after extra time at Division 2 side Research Machines in the Ridgeway Cup first round.
Normal time ended 1-1, but Yeoman cracked four goals in the extra half-hour to claim victory.
Henry Smith (2), Ethan Simlett, Harry Irwin and Jamie Hodges were the Yeoman marksmen, with Simon Collett replying.
In Division 1, Ryan Curtin’s double gave Kidlington Royals a 2-1 home win against Jericho, who replied through Aaron Williams.
