Liam O’Callaghan was not far behind with a four timer, and Lewis Coyle completed the tally to secure a testing tie against Rover Cowley in round three.

Jon Stott and Lawrence Hoey netted for Jackass.

Mark Scanes’s hat-trick helped Oxford Yellows to a 5-1 home win over Division 2 side Research Machine.

Damo Perks and Ryan Bartlett also netted for the Premier Division club, with Simon Collett replying.

Jelroy Constant bagged a brace as Premier Division leaders AFC Hinksey ran out 3-0 winners at Division 1 side OUP Wanderers.

Division 1 leaders Kennington United swept to a 9-0 win at Division 3B basement boys Chatsworth Buccaneers.

Jamie Mundy, Mark Druce and Alex Crossan all scored doubles, with Neil Purves, Tony Booker and John Mills completing the rout.

Jack White fired home the winning spot-kick as Mansfield Road pipped Division 2 rivals Oxford FC 5-4 in a shoot-out after their tie finished 2-2 following extra time.

Karim Sekkat’s opener for Mansfield was cancelled out in normal time by Shon Dinn.

Sekou Bangoura then fired Oxford in front in extra time, but Marcus Gildemeister ensured penalties.

In the Premier Division, AFC Woodfarm came out on top in the battle of the two pointless teams with a 5-3 home win over AFC Cowley.

Damien Thomas, Paul Alder, Lance Williams, Sid Mobbs and a Daniel Simmonds penalty in the last minute made up Woodfarm’s tally.

Rover, whose striker Domin-ic Bruno saw red after receiving two bookings, replied through Andrew Smith, Riccar Bruno and Corey Forbes.

Dorchester United battled to a 2-1 home win over Rover Cowley in a feisty encounter.

Colin Royall hit Dorchester’s first, and Brian Rawlings doubled their lead by smashing home a 20-yard free kick.

Carly Bloomfield’s strike wasn’t enough to save Rover.

Masons Arms and Cross Keys Wallingford are both pushing for a top-flight spot – but had to settle for a point each as they drew 1-1 in Division 1.

Paul Hedger scored from the spot to give Masons the lead, but another penalty at the other end was converted by James Lee.
