Jamie McCauly was tripped in the box and Paul Hedger converted the penalty to put Masons in front.
Hedger missed a second penalty after Craig Dean was upended, keeper Sid Trinder making a fine save.
Dean made it 2-0 just before the break, but Luke Higgins and Danny Woods (penalty) levelled the match.
Newboys Cholsey United secured their second 4-0 away win with victory at high-scoring JET in Division 3B.
Dave Hessey scored twice, with Clive Perryman and Jamie Martin also on target.
