Division 3B outfit Punchbowl Pirates sprang the big surprise in the Autotype UTV League's Devenney Cup first round with a 5-4 win at first division Oxford Yellows.
Jamie Gaff cracked a hat-trick and James Organ scored Pirates’ two other goals.
Bowyers Arms, also of Division 3B, caused another upset by humbling second division Wootton & Dry Sandford 8-2.
Evergreen James Ivey smashed a hat-trick, while Kearan Russell struck twice with Pete Ivey, Nick Breakspear and Simon Green also on target. Wootton replied with Damien Dodds’ 25-yard free kick and a spot-kick from Darren Webster.
Railway Wheatley, of Division 3A, were another side to claim a Division 2 scalp with a 2-1 victory over Research Machine.
Jason Conder and James Keeble netted for Railway after Alex Bird had given Research Machines the lead.
Drew Fowler cracked a four-timer to help AFC Woodfarm thrash Division 2 rivals Rutherford Lab 11-0.
Ben Green hit a treble with Rory Mangan, Jake Howard AJ Lloyd and Ricky Rowett completing the rout.
Lee Spencer smashed a double hat-trick as Donnington annihilated Division 3A rivals Northway 13-0.
Josh Green and Craig Gilboy fired doubles, with Nick Andrews, Ryan Coles and Andrew Conway also netting.
Freeland Yeoman matched Donnington with a 13-0 drubbing of White Horse Abingdon.
Paul Salty and Stuart Hole both grabbed four apiece, with James Lambert (2), Simon Hole, Ben Sadler and Callum Parker also on the scoreheet.
Richard Wells hit a five-timer as Kidlington Royals crushed JET 12-1.
Tom Franklin scored twice and there were single strikes from Adam Wells, Richard Brookes, Lewis Coyle, Mark White and Jamie Burns. JET replied through James Broughton High-flying Kings Arms Wheatley whacked Division 1 rivals OUP Wanderers 10-1.
Benji Cuff and Neil Lockhart hit hat-tricks, Luke Cuff scored twice, with Sam Day and Adam Simmonds also on the mark.
Sam Eeles hit a hat-trick for Chalgrove in their 5-1 win at Division 3B rivals Abingdon Exiles.
James Quainton and Simon Godfrey also hit the target, after Ben Podd had given Exiles the lead.
