Dorchester moved a step nearer to pinching the Division 1 title with a resounding 5-0 win at Standlake Garage thanks to goals from Barry Hayden, Colin Royall, Brian Rawlings, Lee Allmond and Ian Marshall.

Dorchester had gone top with 2-0 victory win at Wallingford Exiles in midweek when Marshall and Rawlings found the net.

Kidlington Royals went second after second after an ill-tempered 3-2 home win against title hopefuls AFC Cowley, who had two men sent off.

Steve Litten, Dan Mason and Luke Holden scored for Royals, with Charlie Bough and Joseph Parker replying.

If goal difference comes into it, Kings Arms Wheatley’s 13-2 thumping of Childrey OHB, may have an effect.

Darren Smith and Adam Simmonds both struck four-timers in the demolition. Jay Hill scored twice, with Shaun Pearce, Dave Oliver and Francis Mapplethorpe all netting.

JP's Division 2 title aspirations took a huge jolt with a shock 4-3 home defeat to Abingdon Exiles after they led 3-0!

But a revitalised Exiles hit back as Robbie Lucibello (2), Dave Bannister and Dean Godwin netted to move them off the bottom for the first time.

Division 3A leaders AFC Woodfarm smashed 13 unanswered goals past the Leys Wanderers, Paul Alden hitting five.

Ben Green could only manage four, with Kevin Brandon, Alex Williams, Nick Johnson and Rory Mangan also on target as they warm up for this week's Devenney Cup final.
