Craig Bloomfield hit a hat-trick in Cold Arbour’s 7-3 win over Chalgrove in the Marston's Oxford Sunday League's Presidents Cup semi-finals, writes GEOFF BOWER.

Bloomfield set Cold Arbour on the way when he latched on to a Mark Flanagan through ball to slot home.

James O'Brien then headed home Flanagan’s free-kick, before another Flanagan set-piece led to Bloomfield notching his second.

But Chalgrove roared back after the break with Kevin Clifton scoring twice, icnluding a superb volley from the edge of the area.

And when Nick Skiller equalised from the penalty spot after a foul by Delroy Thomas it was anyone’s game. But then Bloomfield completed his hat-trick by heading home another Flanagan centre.

Thomas blasted the ball into the bottom corner to make it 5-3, before Wayne Desmond and O’Brien, with his second, wrapped up victory.

Cold Arbour will now face Barton in the final following their 4-1 win over Highfield.

Colin Ryan, Ryan Curtin, Aaron Armstrong and Tommy Hayday netted for Barton, with Mark Shorey replying.

In the Jack Sadler Cup semi-final, second leg, AFC Hinksey drew 2-2 at Northway to go through 7-4 on aggregate. Hinksey took the lead midway through the first half with a long-range strike from Jemel Thomas.

But in the second period, Northway took charge with Gareth Williams heading in a Nicky Bayliss corner and Jamie Munday firing home though a crowded penalty area. Richard McLean levelled with another long-range drive, but Hinksey had done enough.

Jordan Gray bagged a brace as Cold Arbour Res came from behind to beat Yellow Eagles 2-1 in the Supplementary Cup. The kick-off was delayed for half-an-hour while Arbour got a team together.

Eagles took the lead in the second half when Lee Rendall pulled the ball back for Thom Airs to fire home from the edge of the area.

But Gray equalised and then raced through to grab the winner.
