OXFORD Yellows fought back from 2-0 down to secure a 5-2 win over Cold Arbour in the Marston's Oxford Sunday League, writes GEOFF BOWER.
Delroy Thomas and Aaron Williams put Arbour in control, but Yellows upped their game to avoid a second successive defeat.
Shaun Flaherty pulled one back before Rocky Whiting smashed a superb hat-trick.
Neil Conway completed the turnaround.
Ryan Curtin smashed a treble as champions Barton United recorded their second straight victory with a 5-3 success at Mansfield Road.
Liam O’Callaghan and Aaron Armstrong also scored, with Eirey Borman, Jonathan George and Fasord Demanez on target for Mansfield.
Simon Godfrey hit a hat-trick as Chalgrove secured their first points in the top flight with a 5-3 victory over Highfield.
Rob Cantwell and Matthew Knight also scored, with Dave Iglis (2) and Nathan Hunt replying.
In Division 1, AFC Boudika registered their first points with a narrow 2-1 win over Cowley Rovers.
Boudika took the lead through Olly Zaja, but Cowley hit back with Abdvib Khan scoring from close range.
Boudika sealed the points with a superb curling shot from Liam Hatt.
Last season's Jack Sadler finalists Northway and Cold Arbour Res battled it out again with Northway running out 4-3 winners, despite losing keeper Simon Bower with a dislocated knee cap.
Nicky Bayliss (2), Martin Alder and Gareth Williams were on target for Northway, with goals from Jordan Gray (2), Brandon Morris proving in vain.
Riverside started in style with a 10-1 thrashing of Yellow Eagles.
Mark Janes (4), Mark Johnson (2), Luke Day, Lenny Sackey, Lance Williams and Michael Sackey also scored. Thom Airs hit Eagles' consolation.
