Oxford Yellows made it second time lucky at Court Place Farm with a 3-1 victory over Mansfield Road in the Presidents Cup final.
Yellows had lost to Star Wanderers on penalties in the Sam Waters Cup the previous week, but came out on top in the sunshine this time.
Mansfield had most of the early possession, but failed to further their advantage.
Yellows took the lead in the 25th minute when Ryan Brooks found himself free on the edge of the box and fired into the bottom corner.
They piled on the pressure, but Mansfield held on and levelled when Daniel Oysten chased down a pass-back to beat the keeper and fire home from an acute angle just before the break.
Yellows started the second period on top and full back Kallum Conlon fired them back into the lead five minutes in when Mansfield failed to clear.
Mansfield were still full of running, but they lacked a cutting edge.
Midway through the half, Yellows' Rocky Whiting capped a fine midfield display when a speculative overhead kick bounced over the keeper's outstretched hand into the corner.
