Peter Bower saved three penalties as Northway edged into the Jack Sadler Cup final for the first time in 30 years with a shoot-out victory over Chalgrove.
After the teams were unable to find a winner after full and extra time, penalties were needed - and Bower proved the hero.
Nick Skiller fired home a well-taken free-kick to give Chalgrove the lead on 30 minutes.
But Northway hit back and levelled when Gareth Williams headed over the advancing keeper after the break.
Brian Kirk saved two Northway penalties, but Bower kept out three Chalgrove efforts, leaving Neil Drewett to drill home the deciding spot-kick and secure a 3-2 victory.
They will take on Cold Arbour Res, who stormed to a 3-0 win over AFC Watling- ton.
Alex Fasoranti and Wayne Desmond combined for the former to fire Arbour in front.
Five minutes later, Fasoranti returned the favour as Desmond slotted home to double the lead.
Arbour took their foot off the gas and allowed Watlington a host of clear-cut chances, but stand-in keeper Tim Green made a string of fine saves. And they sealed victory after the break when substitute Daniel Powell broke down the left wing with frightening pace and crossed for fellow replacement Shaun Yearwood to skip past one defender and hammer into the top corner.
In Division 1, Cowley Rovers beat Wychwood Forest 4-2.
Chris Crawford fired Cowley ahead, only for Wychwood to equalise through Frank Burlingham.
Cowley piled on the pressure in the second half, and goals from Mohammed Abdal and Mehmet Madenci (2) wrapped up the game, with John Smith grabbing a consolation for Wychwood.
Yellow Eagles came close to securing much-needed points at Mansfield Road Res, only to be edged out 3-2.
Greg Bristow, Stuart Reid and Jim Biggen netted for Mansfield, with Matthew Booker and Dave Young replying for Eagles.
ALL league trophies must now be returned to an official.
