Goodlake Arms pulled off a shock as the Division 2 side reached the semi-finals of the Devenney Cup with a shock 6-5 win against Division 1 outfit Dorchester United, writes TIM SIRET.
Tom Srawley and Mark Pryde smashed doubles for Goodlake, with John Srawley and Steve Madge also on target.
Pete Clarke netted a hat-trick in vain for Dorchester, with Michael Cullen and Lee Allmond making up their tally.
Goodlake now face Division 3 Robin Hood in the semis on March 30 after they won 3-1 against Division 1 side Childrey OHB.
Ben Davies gave Hood the lead, only for Joel Smith to level.
After the break, Dean Mays restored Robin Hood's lead, before Jamie Claridge sealed victory with a clinical strike.
Garry Hartley hammered a first-half four-timer as cup favourites Saxton Rovers eased into the last four with a 4-0 win against ten-man OARFDC.
He headed home his first, cracked home a left-footed effort from 25 yards for his second, before making it a perfect treble with a right-foot strike. He then completed his tally from close range.
After the break, OARFDC suffered another blow when Ibrahim Mara was sent off for two yellow cards.
Saxton now face The Bell Grove after they won 3-0 at Iffley Harriers, thanks to a hat-trick from Tom Rose. Iffley missed a penalty.
In the Alan Alder Trophy, Jess Mortimer hit the equaliser for Cross Keys as they drew 2-2 with Standlake Garage.
Garage took the lead when Chris Bennell's free-kick eluded Keys' keeper Adam Dewar, before Cross Keys's Steve Bell hit the bar.
Garage doubled their advantage through Dan Harwood.
Ross Tabor started the comeback when he fired past Seb Erner in the Garage goal. Mortimer then struck to secure a share of the spoils.
Harwood spurned two late chances to snatch victory.
In Division 2, Danny Shurmer grabbed a double as Abingdon Exiles beat CR Marks Kirtlington 6-5.
Brothers Adam and Dean Godwin netted for Exiles, with Robbie Lucibello and Ben Podd, with a free-kick, wrapping up their tally.
Paul Penny (2), Matty Moore and Chris Jordan replied.
Wallingford Exiles kept the pressure on the leaders as they stuttered to a 5-3 home win against basement boys Rutherford Lab.
Dave Cheeseman, with a headed double, Andy Turner and Mark Littleford were among the scorers for Exiles.
John Hawkins (2) and Jon Watts were on target for Rutherford.
Barry Jenkins scored the winner as Allbrite kept their promotion bid on track with a 3-2 victory against The Wheatsheaf Didcot.
Ash Watson and Rob Taylor saw Allbrite into a 2-0 lead at the break.
In the second half, strikes from Jake Chaffey and Gareth Fenton brought Wheatsheaf level only for Jenkins to slot the winner.
Andy Sams slammed a double as Abba Athletic saw off Dorchester Rebels 4-2 in Division 3A.
Tom Pagan and Lee Clack also netted for Abba, while James Dixon and Richard Witt hit back for Rebels.
Brightwell Rebels moved eight points clear at the top of Division 3B with a 5-2 home win against JP's.
Luke Higgins (2), Daniel Gunston, Danny Weeks and Jack Hall-Hurst were the Brightwell marksmen, while Paul O'Sullivan and Michael Weir found the net for JP's.
