Bell Grove goalkeeper Craig Payne saved two penalties as the Division 3 underdogs reached the quarter-finals of the Autotype UTV League's Devenney Cup with a thrilling 4-2 shoot-out victory against Division 1 side Cross Keys.
With the sides locked at 3-3 after extra-time, Payne performed his heroics as his teammates put away their chances.
Earlier, it looked all over for Bell with a Gary Cooper double giving Keys a seemingly unassailable lead.
However, Paul Jezzard fired in the first of his hat-trick, before doubling his tally from substitute Johnny James's cross to ensure extra time.
Jezzard completed his treble from another James cross after Nick Walker hit the bar.
Gary Harris sent the tie into a shoot-out.
In the shoot-out, Bell keeper Craig Payne saved the first two Keys efforts, before Jason Maynard fired home the winning kick, after Dave Stebbings, James and Jezzard had netted.
Third Division JP's put up a creditable performance before losing 2-1 at Dorchester United.
Paul Druce gave JP's a shock lead, but strikes from Ian Marshall and Simon Brown cemented Dor- chester's place in the quarter-finals.
Iffley Harriers squeezed past Wallingford Wanderers 4-3.
Mariusz Langer, Christos Antoniadis, Nathan and Wayne Cox were on target for Iffley. Mickey Woods (2) and Adam Cox replied.
In the league, Jay Hill smashed a hat-trick as King Arms Wheatley brought Division 1 leaders Saxton Rovers down to earth with a 3-1 home win. Jim Smith hit back for Rovers.
Charlie Bough and Corey Forbes both hammered hat-tricks as AFC Cowley hammered Rutherford Lab 8-2 in Division 2.
Daniel Richmond and Lewis Gabbidon also netted for Cowley.
John Hawkins cracked a 25-yard free-kick home for Rutherford, with Lee Reason their other scorer.
