Division 1 title contenders Harwell Village relished the underfoot conditions and the generosity of the Warborough & Shillingford defence to go through to the last eight of the North Berks Cup with a 16-0 win.
JR Willis (4), Danny Lawton (3), Ian Rose (3), Matthew Aplin (2), Matty Hinchliffe, Ben Chaffey, Andy Whiting and Darren Fuller made it a miserable afternoon for Warborough.
Wootton & Dry Sandford and Marcham provided a thrilling match that went to penalties.
Wootton opened the scoring in the second minute through Josh Nicholls, but Marcham came more into the game and equalised before half-time through Mark Edwards.
Mark Uttley, who had come off the bench, seemed to have won the game for Wootton with a 25-yard screamer in the top corner, but Marcham equalised in the last minute through Luke Westell.
Extra-time produced no more goals and Marcham won a cup match for the second week running through 5-4 on penaltie s.
In the Berks & Bucks Junior Cup third round, there was to be no cause for celebration for the two North Berks sides to get their matches under way.
Sutton Courtenay lost 3-0 to Kintbury Rangers Res, while two Jason Evans goals were not enough for Stanford-in-the-Vale as they went down 3-2 to Theale.
The only North Berks League game to get played saw Roman Placek mark his final game for Stanford-in-the-Vale Res with a first-half hat-trick in a 5-0 win against Grove Rangers A.
The 18-year-old now returns to his home in the Czech Republic having scored nine times this season.
Steve Box and James Keller were also on target.
