Richard Wells scored a hat-trick for OUP Wanderers as they preserved their unbeaten record in Division 2 with a 4-4 draw against CR Marks, writes TIM SIRET.
It would have been worse had not OUP keeper Andy Smy denied Chris Jordan at the death.
OUP, who had won every game, appeared to be in control as they cruised into a first-half lead through Wells and Andy White's deflected goal.
After the break, Alex Damm clawed one back after being set up by Paul Penny, only for Wells to restore OUP's two-goal lead.
Strikes from Jordan and Tom Green brought Marks level, before their keeper denied Wells and his brother, Stuart.
Paul Penny then gave Marks a 4-3 lead when Smy misjudged his free-kick.
But with time running out, Wells equalised, before Smy saved the day.
Aaron Barrett hammered a hat-trick for AFC Cowley as they moved into second spot after walloping previously-unbeaten Wallingford Exiles 8-2.
Charlie Bough and Riccar Bruno both grabbed doubles, Daniel Richmond completed the scoring.
Danny Shurmer hit the late winner as Abingdon Exiles came back to win 5-4 at Long Wittenham.
A brace from Andy Burton a 30-yard strike from 53-year-old Brian Robins, his first for two years, saw Wittenham ease into a 3-0 lead.
But goals from Ben Podd, Adam Godwin and Stephen Cox brought Exiles level, only for Danny Osbourne to restore Wittenham's advantage.
Godwin equalised with his second, before Shurmer bagged the winner.
Charlie Budziszewski hit a hat-trick for Dolphin as they thrashed Research Machines 8-2 away.
Dave Norris (2), Neal Carrington and Leon Bowd were among their other scorers. Simon Collett and Stu Coppock replied.
A treble from Tom Srawley and a strike from his brother, Jon, helped Goodlake Arms to a 5-2 success at Rutherford Lab.
Steve Madge wrapped up their tally, with John Hawkins and Mark Carter netting for Rutherford.
In Division 3A, Wayne Cox smashed a double as Iffley Harriers saw off leaders Robin Hood 4-2.
Hubert Bast and Chris Capper also scored for the home side, while Dean Mays and Lee Beater were on target for Hood.
Fama Mara notched a double as OARFDC edged to a 3-2 win against Leys.
Quincy Malagia was also on target. Nick Andrews, with a 30-yard effort, and Charlie Dunsmuir found the net for Leys.
A treble from Steve Reynolds saw Clanfield 85 to an 8-2 thumping of Dorchester Rebels.
Tom Sutch, Peter Osborne, Steve Brazier, Neil Barrett and an own goal completed their tally, with Martin Rawlings and Lee Dixon (pictured nearest camera battling with Clanfield's Ady Bircher on target for Rebels.
Brightwell Rebels opened up a six-point lead at the top of Division 3B with a 4-3 success against Bell Grove.
Danny Weeks's 30-yard volley and strikes from Daniel Gunston, Jack Hall and Luke Ailing saw Rebels take a 4-0 lead with just ten minutes left.
But Grove hit back through a Dave Stebbings double and a Paul Jezzard strike to set up a nervous finale.
James Organ bagged a brace as White Horse Abingdon beat JP's 3-2. Barry McBeth got the other, while Lee Nicholls and Matt Shaw replied.
Wallingford Wanderers moved to within a point of Didcot Casuals after a 5-4 win.
Luke Rowe, Martin Dawson, Adam Cox, Tom Harris and Michael Woods all netted for Wanderers, while Andy Taylor (2), Lewis Monaghan and Luke Hammond scored for Didcot.
A Kearan Russell double saw Bowyers Arms to a 4-2 success against basement boys Hampstead Norreys.
Jess Mortimer and Shane Northcott got their others, with Bernard Gerrard (2) replying.
Meanwhile, in the Alan Alder Trophy, Tommy Cousins scored the winner for Cross Keys as they beat Sandman 2-1.
Liam Barson's opener for Keys was cancelled out by Pete Arbuthnott's strike, before Cousins struck.
Francis Mapplethorpe and Darren Smith hammered doubles for King Arms Wheatley as they got the better of Standlake Garage in a 4-0 victory.
