The New Club skipper Jay Hill gave his side a 1-0 home victory over Northway.
Cholsey United put hosts Watlington Town to the sword 4-0, with Liam Woods, Dave Norris, Kane Galliford and Martin Dawson netting.
Chris Stringer’s brace helped Sutton Wanderers beat Standlake Garage 3-1.
Arran Colley netted the hosts’ third, while Sebastian White replied for Garage.
In Division 3, a brace from Mark Lockwood and goals from James Stock and Dave Cookson gave JET a 4-0 win away at Great Western Park.
North Oxford Conservative Club defeated Woodstock Wanderers 5-2 in the Hedley Toms/Michael Brown Memorial Trophy Group A.
Senan Simmons scored twice for Wanderers, but Denell Thomas (2), Andy Potter, Michael O’Shea and James Gomersal hit back.
Iffley Harriers won 4-0 at Sporting Headington Academicals in Group B, with Dan Pear (2), Dom Tolputt and Liam McIntyre on target.
Forest Hill were 4-1 winners at AFC Valley in Group D, thanks to goals from Steve West, Will Shepherd, Dave Kay and Yoby Crawford.
Nathan Brown scored the consolation for Valley.
Dilly United went down 5-4 at home to Coley Park in the Berks & Bucks FA Sunday Junior Trophy fourth round.
Kieran Cochrane (2), Jay Cochrane and Kishor Pun were their scorers.
