Matty Watts smashed a six off the final ball of the innings to take his score to 101 not out and boost Oxford Downs 2nd's total to 255-6 against Chearsley in Division 4.
Earlier, Paddy Daniel had compiled 53 for Downs, who were then unable to force the victory owing to some stubborn resistance from Chearsley's Mark Claridge and Nick Babington.
They hit 54 and 74 not out respectively to steer their side to 196-5 and safety.

Andy Hitchcock bowled 26 overs and finished with 6-76 as Princes Risborough finally managed to dismiss Banbury Twenty 2nd for 171 in the final over.
Ansar Aslam hit 42 for Twenty, who then restricted Risborough to 42-3 from 20 overs in an innings curtailed by bad light and rain.

Arshad Latif smashed a quickfire 97 before being dismissed in the 21st over as Stokenchurch raced to a six-wicket victory away to Challow & Childrey 2nd.
After choosing to bat, Challow had scored 176-8 in their 52 overs, Justin Penrose top-scoring with 39.

Kimble's Andy Russel (4-53) and Sam Agace (4-56) joined forces to dismiss Shipton-under-Wychwood 2nd for 162 and secure a 34-run victory.
Tony Skeggs hit 82 in Kimble's 196-9, in which Craig Lambert took 3-35 and Steven Carvey 3-48.

Lawrence d'Silva took 5-46 from 16 overs as Buckingham Town 2nd bowled out newcomers Twyford for 157.
Andrew Cook then captured 4-25 from 15 overs for the home side, but Town reached the victory target for the loss of six wickets.
