Georgina Pettifer has become the fifth member of Flying Solo Trampoline Club to reach a national standard.
The 15-year-old, from Grove, achieved her success at the final Southern Regional competition of the year.
With a performance reflecting recent improvements in training, Pettifer displayed two stylish and consistent routines to win the under 17 girls Grade D competition.
A first place finish combined with a score of 50.6, gave her a promotional offer to compete at National C next season.
This was a notable feat as she was taking part in only her second Grade D competition.
Another highlight for the club which has bases in Wantage and Littlemore, included a silver medal for India Griffiths, 16, in her first over 15 Grade F event as well as a qualification up to Grade E There was also a gold medal for the club’s over 15 Grade D girls’ team.
