CHIPPING Norton landed the Shaw & Co Oxfordshire Foursomes League Section 1 title for the first time after thrashing Studley Wood 3-0.
Chippy, who just avoided relegation last season, won seven out of their ten matches to finish three points ahead of second-placed Tadmarton Heath.
The visitors only needed to halve their clash with already-relegated Studley, but put in a dominant display.
Andy Johnson's birdie on the 16th hole sealed the title, giving him and Tim Reynolds a 4 & 2 success over Austin Siggers and Simon Bullman.
Shaun Kench and Stuart Allen defeated Craig Drew and Nick Mortimer 2 & 1, while Danny Hicks and Matt Johnson finished 1 up against Andy Sutton and Steve Jenkins.
Tadmarton whitewashed Oxford City 3-0 to finish runners-up, while Frilford Heath, who could have been relegated, rose to third after defeating Ellesborough 2.5-0.5.
Burford and Drayton Park ensured promotion to Section 1 with a home draw against North Oxford and a 2-1 victory at Magnolia Park respectively.
And Burford can leapfrog Drayton to finish top if they defeat The Oxfordshire, who need half a point to stay up, in a re-arranged fixture.
Burford's clash with North Oxford went down to the 18th hole in the final match between John Wilks and Andy Barnett and North Oxford's Paul Barrow and Martin Booth.
Both pairs had birdie putts, with Burford lipping out and North Oxford shaving the hole.
Hadden Hill are Section 3 champions after edging out The Wychwood 2-1 with two final-hole victories.
This meant Wychwood missed out on promotion by half a point to Bicester, who halved with Brailes.
