Steve Risbridger says tomorrow's EDF Energy Senior Vase second-round visit of Beaconsfield will show Bicester how far they have progressed this season.
Beaconsfield lie sixth in Southern Counties North, a division above BB&O Premier promotion hopefuls Bicester.
Captain Risbridger said: "It will be a good test for us to see how we have developed.
"They play at the standard where we want to be.
"We are confident we can win. We've got a lot of confidence at the moment because of the way we have been training."
He added: "I feel we always play a little bit better at home. Getting everyone down there and the whole club involved can only be a good thing.
"We had a good bit of luck with home draws last year, so hopefully that can continue."
Bicester are without flanker Dan Spencer (shoulder), No 8 Martin Linstrom (work commitments) and fly half Ross Kenny (nose), while back Chad Ward and prop Tony Shaw are on holiday.
But Dickie Walsh, who missed Saturday's 48-0 thrashing of Broadmoor Staff, returns on the wing and Dave Brogan starts at loose-head prop.
Witney coach Matt Watts has shuffled his pack for their home clash with Melksham's Cooper Avon Tyres.
Tom Harper, Bernie Williams and Simon Chatterton, who were all replacements for last week's defeat at Buckingham, move into the starting line-up.
This means Owen Fowler reverts to No 8 and Jimi Collis drops to the bench alongside Mark Serle, Steve Austen and Lewis Collins.
Elsewhere Banbury host Pershore, Chipping Norton entertain Wootton Bassett and Wallingford travel to Trowbridge.
