Chipping Norton are considering building a new nine-hole par-three course after buying land next their existing site.
The club have purchased Southcombe Farm, a 40-acre site that sits adjacent to the first and second holes and runs parallel to the A44.
Chippy chairman Bernard Youngs said: "As well as securing our boundary, the additional land will give us the opportunity to explore a number of improvements to our existing facilities.
"Improved practice facilities are a priority and we are considering a number of options such as the creation of a nine-hole par-three course and the likelihood of a driving range.
