Rachel Lammey (pictured left) continued her rich vein of scoring for City of Oxford with a brace in their exciting 4-3 win over Abingdon in Women's Trysports 3 Counties League Premier 1.
City hit back from 3-1 down at half-time to clinch the win, which lifts them into the top half of the table.
Kim Haines gave City the lead after they started well, but then Abingdon got on top and stormed into a 3-1 lead by half-time.
However, in the second half Lammey pulled one back to make it 3-2 before Jenny Flower smashed home a fierce shot from the top of the D.
Lammey got City's fourth, and there was a match-saving tackle by Wendy Perks right at the end.
Bicester recovered impressively from their 5-0 hammering by Aylesbury to beat Wallingford 2nd 8-2 in Division 1. Ros Govier and Janet Southam both hit hat-tricks, with Kathleen Thompson and Charlie Prescott also scoring.
In the only South Clubs' League match played, Oxford Univ won 5-2 at Staines 2nd in Division 3A.
