Irish international flanker Jonny O'Connor will make his comeback from injury when London Wasps take on Oxford University at Iffley Road tonight (7.30).
O'Connor, who last played in April, is the star name in a strong line-up that also includes England's Dave Walder at fly half.
Wasps are fielding an experienced front row of Alistair McKenzie, Jonny Barrett and Nick Adam, while ex-Cambridge blue Martin Purdy and England A cap Richard Birkett are the locks.
Joining O'Connor in the back row will be England Under 21 internationals James Haskell and John Hart.
Oxford director of rugby Steve Hill said: "I would say that is the strongest pack that has played against Oxford in the last five years.
"Hart is their captain when Lawrence Dallaglio isn't playing and Haskell is an England player of the future."
"It will be a massive challenge for us."
Hill added: "Dallaglio is also expected to come down to watch his friend Joe Roff."
Lock Richard Graham will captain the Dark Blues in the absence of skipper Kevin Brennan, who has a broken hand.
Chris Haw comes in for Brennan at scrum half, while Chris Mahoney makes his first start at outside centre.
Sam Humphry-Baker is rested after picking up a knock against London Welsh, so Joe Roff switches to inside centre.
