Lymington & New Milton 2, Didcot Tn 4
Stuart Beavon bagged a brace as Didcot preserved their unbeaten away run with a stunning display at Fawcett's Field in last night's Division 1 South & West encounter.
Goals from Ian Concannon and Paul Powell saw Didcot storm into a 2-0 lead in the first 23 minutes.
However, a defensive mistake then allowed Lymington's top-scorer James Stokoe to claw one back.
After the break, Didcot created chance after chance before a double in the space of three minutes from Beavon killed the hosts off.
Seconds later, Beavon was desperately unlucky not to get a hat-trick, having one effort ruled out for off side and another when his shot hit the crossbar.
Although Lymington got one back through Matt Bowler it was too late.
The victory lifts Stuart Peace's side to eighth in the table.
Didcot Tn: Webb, Goodall, Jack, Campbell, Gunn, Parrott, Brooks (Learoyd 79), King, Concannon (Bedwell 71), Beavon, Powell (Heapy 61).
