Mark Charlett posted the highest rink score of the night with a 38-9 success in the 129-41 demolition job.

He was closely followed by Middleton Cup rinkmate Nathan Lewis, who romped home 33-9, with Jason King and Craig Nicoll the other winning skips for the champions.

Carterton stay top, however, following a 5-1 win at Oxford City & County A.

Wins from Baden Sparkes and Paul Sharman helped them to a 90-65 shots success.

Will Campion, with Middleton Cup teammate Lee Young at three, helped Banbury Central A secure a 5-1 win at Kidlington.

West Witney captain Kevin Alder beat in-form Gordon Hooker 27-17 as the runaway Division 2 leaders despatched hosts Watlington 5-1.

Middleton Cup manager Steve Gilkes prevented a whitewash by picking up his first win of the season with a 27-22 victory.

Headington B stayed top of Division 3 with a 5-1 win at Charlbury.

Captain Martin Kershaw, Russell Edwards and Steve Gould recorded rink victories.

In Division 4, Justin King celebrated being called up for first Oxfordshire game to face Warwickshire on Tuesday, July 3 with a 31-11 win in Chipping Norton’s 5-1 home victory over Florence Park.
