Richard Kilbee, from Oxford, made the 900-mile round trip with his brother Steve to Scotland’s Loch Awe over the jubilee weekend and caught double-figure pike up to 18lb, topped by this 21.9.0 specimen.
The fish were caught on a variety of sea deadbaits, with Richard’s 21-pounder taking legered mackerel.
He put his success down to his lucky Christmas jumper!
