HENLEY Hawks' director of rugby Jon Lambden is not letting their home defeat to Redruth take the gloss off a decent start to the season.
And he accepts getting Henley to challenge for a National 1 spot again won't happen over night.
Hawks' record so far reads won five and lost two, which is far healthier than last year.
Lambden said: "Overall I'm very pleased. Things are fitting into place pretty well.
"It will take time to build a lot of things up, even the home support.
"The second team is much, much more solid now. Many of them are pushing for places.
"The benefits of that will come over the course of the whole season."
