Joe Roff will make his home debut for Oxford University when they host London Welsh at Iffley Road tonight (7.30).
The Australian World Cup winner should be a big draw as the Dark Blues begin their Varsity Match build-up in earnest.
Oxford are without hooker Winston Cowie (rib) and winger Jonan Boto (shoulder), but are otherwise at full strength.
Director of rugby Steve Hill said: "It's Joe Roff's first home game at Iffley Road, so we hope to get a big crowd.
"John O'Connor is returning from an injury he sustained in our first game on tour.
"Full back Chris Mahoney has played for Auckland in the NPC this season and will probably get 20 minutes."
He added: "Jonan Boto will get at least three or four games before the Varsity.
"He is doing all the training with the guys except the contact work."
