Oxford teenager Jordan Flynn, the dual ABAE schools’ champion, fights in the National Junior ABA Championships first round in Dagenham today.
The Cowley youngster, who was 16 on Thursday, will be representing the London-based Repton ABC, with whom he won his second schools’ championship last year.
His first success came with Berinsfield ABC in 2009, and he was also runner-up in 2010.
The St Gregory the Great School, Iffley, pupil has plenty been selected as one of six youngsters from Repton to carry the flags into the ring before Olympic Games fights at the ExCeL Centre.
