TWO tries from captain Jake Anderson helped Banbury defeat Wallingford 22-12 in the Oxfordshire Under 14 Cup final at Witney.
Aaron Taylor and Charlie Mallock also crossed over in the first half, with Alexander Bruce kicking two conversions.
Wallingford hit back after the break with two tries and a conversion, but it was too late to save the match.
It was a different story in the under 13 final where Wallingford saw off Banbury 20-12.
Banbury led 12-10 at half-time thanks to tries from George Capel and Daniel Brady, plus a Mika Catania conversion.
But Wallingford rallied to take the trophy, with Frazer Pincock, Murray Bellis, Tom Haynes and Callum Pearse their try scorers.
Meanwhile, Banbury Under 11A triumphed in the London Irish Festival to lift their second Land Rover Cup of the year, having previously won at Northampton.
After winning tough group games against Chinnor, Overton, Oxford and Newbury, they overcame hosts Reading Abbey 30-5 in the semi-final.
Banbury defeated Reading 20-0 in a one-sided final, thanks to tries from Alfie Barbeary (2), Sam Thomas and Tom Chesser.
