Incredibly, St Edmunds trailed 3-1, with April England on target, before Jiminez scored six successive times to give her side a terrific victory.
Goals from Jess Daniels and Hannah Vincent gave Kidlington a 2-1 victory over Woodley United, for whom Zoe Longhurst netted.
Under 16 Charlotte Bryant, Leah McLennon and Emma Wilcocks were on target as Oxford City beat Marston Saints 3-0 in the League Cup.
Carterton saw off North Leigh 3-1.
Charlie Hamilton, Steph Bent and Ella Butler scored, with Georgea Winstone on target for North Leigh.
Under 14 Zoe Adams hit a hat-trick as Didcot Casuals kept alive their title hopes with a 5-0 win over Marston Saints.

Kiera Isacca was another to fire a treble, hers coming in Oxford Bluebirds’ 5-1 victory over Carterton.
Ollie Brown and an own goal made up their tally. Under 13 Goals from Jasmine Lawton (2) and Isla Nugent gave Didcot Casuals a 3-2 success over Swindon Spitfires, while Rachel Newman and Rosie McCabe scored in Kidlington’s 2-1 win against Swindon Town.
Under 12 Abigail Greenfield fired a hat-trick as Tower Hill beat Carterton 5-1.
Ciera Harris and Annabel Clarke also scored, with Sophie Riley replying.
Didcot Casuals recorded a 5-0 win over Kidlington, thanks to strikes from Edie Stilwell-Garrett (2), Mollie Dyer, Katie Miller and Holly Porter.
Chinnor and Swindon Spitfires shared the spoils in a 2-2 draw.
Hayley Osborne and Amy Bennett scored for Chinnor, with Helena Butcher and Chantelle Scott on target for Swindon.
Under 11 Stonesfield Strikers booked their place in the final of the League Cup with a 2-1 victory over Chinnor.
Annie Mundy and Emma Parker scored, with Olivia Bartholowen replying.
Under 10 Bonnie Lynn and Beth Ridgway were on target as Didcot Casuals beat Kidlington 2-1. Hannah Forse replied.
