RADLEY’S Lyn Ahmet won a silver medal in the triple jump at the British Masters Indoor and Winter Throws Championships.
Ahmet leapt 7.33m to secure second place in the vet 55-59 age group at Lee Valley.
She also finished fifth in the long jump in 3.12 and clocked 10.4secs to come sixth in the 60m.
White Horse Harriers’ Richard Jegou and Bicester’s David Kuester secured bronze medals in the vet 65 category.
Jegou threw 30.43m in the discus for his medal, while he also competed in the shot put, registering 9.93m, hammer (30.12m) and heavy hammer (11.40m).
Kuester won javelin bronze with a throw of 34.82m, while he managed fourth in the discus with 28.41.
He finished fifth in the heavy hammer (12.28) and came seventh in the hammer (27.70) and shot put (9.60).
