JIM Smith may freshen up Oxford United's attack for tomorrow's game at Kidderminster - despite scoring five in their last match!

Although the U's boss was delighted with Rob Duffy's hat-trick, he was a touch disappointed that strike partner Steve Basham didn't really look like scoring at Forest Green.

Smith admits that they is thinking of starting with livewire substitute Yemi Odubade a start, but know that the striker's pace after coming off the bench is a huge asset.

"Yemi came on at Forest Green and took his goal very well and he could have had a hat-trick in the short time he was on," said Smith.

"Bash worked hard, he did his little stint out there, and it's tough for him because he didn't have a full pre-season, but it's good to have Yemi came on with his outstanding pace.

"I decided to freshen it up on Friday by giving Rufus (Brevett) and Eddie (Hutchinson) a rest.

"We'll lose Chris Willmott on Tuesday anyway because he'll be suspended after getting five bookings, so we'll probably have to freshen it up again."

Chris Hargreaves and Matt Day gave good performances at the New Lawn when they came into the team, so Smith isn't concerned about juggling his team around.

"Chris got his goal and he worked tremendously hard," Smith added.

"I thought Matty Day did very well at left back also."
