EDF Energy Senior Vase: Bicester will be without four key players as they look to progress to the second round of the competition at home to Gloucester side Drybrook tomorrow.
Centre John Rollason has a long-term knee injury, while winger Paul Leverton, scrum half Steve Risbridger and lock Mark Malins are all unavailable.
Flanker Anthony Nightingale takes over as skipper from Risbridger, while winger James Holton returns from university.
Martin Ewins is likely to be on the bench after recovering from injury, as is Nick Kenny, brother of fly half Ross.
Bicester were just three wins away from Twickenham in the Powergen Junior Vase last year and will look for similar success this time.
BB&O Premier Division leaders Wallingford host Wiltshire side Corsham, while Oxford entertain Painswick.
