FA Cup - Didcot Tn 1, Heybridge Swifts 3: Didcot Town were blown away by Heybridge Swifts in their second qualifying round replay at the npower Loop Meadow Stadium.
With a number of Didcot players suffering from flu, Heybridge dominated the first half and with better finishing could have settled things by half-time.
Richard Jolly missed a great chance with only Didcot keeper Sean Purcell to beat, and then dragged another chance wide and Purcell saved well from Sam Keevill.
The home side had to wait until the 39th minute before Stuart Beavon tested Heybridge keeper Danny Gay with a low drive which he did well to turn round the post.
Heybridge took the lead just before the break when Jamie Richards drove the ball home from 12 yards.
They doubled the lead in the 52nd minute when Purcell fumbled another Richards effort into his own net.
For a while Didcot at last exerted some pressure and Stuart Beavon almost reduced the arrears only for Gay to save his close range shot.
Gareth Heath added a third for Swifts before Didcot's Jack King scored with a stunning volley from 25 yards in the closing stages.
But it was too little too late as Swifts set-up a home tie with Dover Athletic.
