The torrential downpours could not dampen the spirits as Radley AC held their annual charity fun day with Oxford United on Sunday.
Spectators turned out in force to support the event, which was in memory of Steve Molyneux, who died of melanoma, and Leanne and Shannie Mofford, who both died of cystic fibrosis.
The main event of the day saw an Oxford United XI, organised by the club's football in the community officer Peter Rhoades-Brown, beat a Radley side 4-3 after trailing 3-2 at half-time.
Along with a raffle, auction and a barbeque, just under £400 was raised for Cancer Research and Cystic Fibrosis Research.
Radley spokesman Alex Ahmet said: "I must thank Oxford United again, especially Rosie for bringing fun and enjoyment to the day.
"The match was the closest since we started it in 2002 and it was a great pleasure to see the amount of support we had."
