Bedfordshire carper Steve Cliff spent a sensational four-night session on Linear Fisheries’ Brasenose One Lake at Stanton Harcourt.
He landed a total of 33 fish, losing five, and his catch included a number of 20’s, topped by a mirror of 30.8.0.
During his session he got through large quantities of hemp, pellet, corn and boilies.
Steve is pictured with three carp in the net, plus his ‘30’.
Fisheries officer Chris Blunt reports that the fish on Brasenose One seem to be very localised, but for those that drop on them, big hits are definitely on the cards.
