OXFORD City's Adam Wootton shared the BB&O's Autumn Trophy after a superb two-under-par round at Studley Wood.
Wootton tied with Adam Glass (Caversham Heath) on 70 after the afternoon action was abandoned due to torrential rain and thunderstorms.
The result at Studley Wood also ensured that Chipping Norton's Matt Johnson added the BB&O's main order of merit title to the junior one he had already secured.
Johnson could card only a 78, but none of his rivals were able to take advantage.
Home player Craig Drew and Bicester's David Cronin finished joint-third on 71, with the latter claiming the handicap prize.
Oxford City's Lindsay Wood finished joint sixth on 72.
