Didcot Tn 3, Brackley Tn 2: A late Ian Concannon strike earned Didcot a place in the second round of the Errea Cup at Brackley's expense.
Didcot dominated before the break and deservedly took a two-goal lead.
Stuart Beavon and Ian Concannon had both been denied by stunning saves from Richard Knight before Paul Powell opened the scoring on the half-hour.
Moments before the break Andy Parrott flicked home a Jamie Brooks cross to double the home side's advantage.
It got worse for Brackley in the 65th minute when Stuart Smeathers was red-carded for bringing down Beavon as he raced clear on goal.
Brackley's ten men fought hard and reduced the arrears through Robbie Beard.
Beard then stunned the home crowd - in a gate of 177 - with a brilliant equaliser from 25 yards.
But just when it looked like the game was going to extra-time, Concannon coolly slotted home past Knight to finally settle things.
