Colin Baldwin
COLIN Baldwin is Oxfordshire’s new representative to the RFU Council.
Baldwin, a former Oxon president and current chairman, was elected to the post to replace Paul Murphy.
Murphy, from Abingdon, is the RFU’s acting chairman and will be the union’s president in 2012-13.
