The Football Association this morning confirmed to the Oxford Mail that Oxford United have been fined £1,000 after pleading guilty to a charge of failing to ensure its players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion and/or refrained from provocative behaviour.
The club on Monday admitted the charge which was in relation to their game against Bristol Rovers on October 8.
It is the same punishment as was handed out to Rovers when they too pleaded guilty.
