Banbury Borough's Calvin Carpenter triumphed in the Oxfordshire Champion of Champions competition at Oxford City & County.
Carpenter, taking part in the competition for the seventh time, lifted the trophy with a 21-7 win over Headington's Shaun Claridge.
In doing so, he became the first Borough bowler to capture the title since the competition started in 1990.
Carpenter beat Chipping Norton's John Benfield 21-14 in the semi-finals, while Claridge swept aside Bloxham's Jim Hay 21-10.
