Saxton Rovers kept up the pressure at the top of Division 1 with a 5-2 victory against Coleshill United, writes ANDY WELLS.

Steven Pitson, Kevin Giddings, Danny Hosier, Craig O'Connor and Steven Steptoe hit the net for Saxton, with Pete Soanes and Adam Legg replying.

Leaders Ardington & Lockinge crushed Steventon 4-1, Rob Winfield, Steve Cudden, Nic Brough and Tom Weeks on target. Richard King netted for Steventon.

Grove Rangers got off the mark in style with a 5-0 thumping of Drayton away from home.

Chris Rocheld led the way with a brace, with Chris Whitworth, Paris Lewis and Terry Linford also netting.

In Division 3, Faringdon Res pulled off a shock 1-0 win against Didcot Casuals, Lee Moss hitting the winner.
