City of Oxford led the way with 19 first places in the Isis Sculls, when 140 boats raced in four divisions over 1,850 metres.
Wallingford and Abingdon clubs also enjoyed plenty of success.
Mike Edge, of Wallingford, won the masters D singles, while clubmates Patrick Holley and Markus Worthington landed the men’s novice doubles before joining Ian Caswell and Ben Spurgeon to take the men’s novice coxless quads.
Emily Taylor, Lizzie Ingram, Caroline Benham and Sharon O’Loughlin took first place in the women’s novice coxless quad.
Abingdon’s Dave Reeves, Marcus Nurton, Tim Baker and Andy Bryson triumphed in the intermediate men’s quads, Jack Bowman taking the J14 single sculls.
