Didcot Barramundi’s Alex Murphy set a new county junior record of 59.56secs for the 100m individual medley during the BBAT gala at Aquavale, Aylesbury.
Barramundi won overall by a large majority and also took the cannon relay, finishing a length ahead of their rivals.
Charlotte Smart (Didcot) won the best girl award, while the best boy was shared by Max Underwood (Didcot) and Joe Walsh (Aylesbury).
ABINGDON Vale’s Lily Seaward, 12, will compete for Oxon & North Bucks in the 100m breaststroke and 50m breaststroke relay at the National Inter-County Gala at Sheffield on October 16.
WITNEY won the Dunstable Autumn time-banded gala by 24 points.
Larissa Dalgarno won the ladies’ open 100m backstroke, and Imogen Pitson, 12, took the ladies’ 200m individual medley.
Marc Colling, 14, was swimmer-of-the-match for his wins in the 15 & under boys’ 100m butterfly and 100m breaststroke (personal best).
