Centre back Tom Franklin was harshly sent off as North Leigh were knocked out of the FA Cup by Leatherhead in the first qualifying round.
The Evo-Stik Southern League Division 1 South & West visitors fell behind after seven minutes when Gary Drewett headed past keeper Sam Warrell from five yards.
Leatherhead, bottom of the Ryman League Premier Division, doubled their lead three minutes later when Tom Hutchings stabbed home Jack Macleod’s cross.
Franklin was dismissed in the 14th minute following a late tackle on Drewett.
Danny Gainsford headed Leatherhead’s third in the 29th minute, but Stuart Hole hammered a free-kick past a surprised Chico Ramos on the stroke of half-time to reduce the deficit.
But Josh Gallagher smashed home a speculative volley from distance in the 73rd minute, before Greg Andrews headed home No 5.
North Leigh: Warrell, Hole, Flanagan, Sanders, Franklin, Organ, Osborne-Ricketts (Burnell 57), Bowles, Caton (Deabill 65), McCabe, Hopkins (Parish 55). Subs not used: Mills, Willoughby, Merriman.
