Martin Shepherd starred with the ball as Chadlington romped to a comprehensive 101-run victory over Combe in the OCA League's Telegraph Cup final at Watlington on Sunday.
After making a useful 166-9, Chadlington sent their opponents packing for just 65 as Shepherd returned excellent figures of 7.2-2-14-5.
However, his feat was not enough to clinch the man-of-the-match award.
That accolade went to the consistent Danny Harding, who followed up an unbeaten century against West Ilsley the previous day by top-scoring with 83 in the Chad innings.
Matthew North gave good support with 34, while Julian Chaundy and Robbie Nicholson each picked up three wickets for Combe.
